!?!Did you know a Mobile Home has been installed after obtaining approval by Board Majority in La Cresta!?!

The LCPOAs conditional approval of a Mobile Home in La Cresta raises serious concerns for the future of our property values. The approval seemingly violates our governing documents LCPOA  Guidelines Page 4; Section III-C.  An ill-fated irresponsible decision to approve a Mobile Home has brought about grave legal consequences citing CC&R violations that has brought about current litigation filed against LCPOA.

根據河濱縣ADU法規,
「獨立ADU的居住面積最高可達1,200平方英尺(> 7,200平方英尺)。附屬ADU的面積最高可達1,200平方英尺或主住宅面積的50%,以較小者為準。例如,一棟2,000平方英尺的房屋可以建造一個面積最高可達1,000平方英尺的附屬ADU,或一個面積最高可達1,000平方英尺的附屬ADU,或一個獨立住宅面積最高可達1200 sf ADU。

換句話說,任何超過1,200平方英尺的獨立/附屬住宅都將被視為第二單元,需要根據LCPOA CC&R法規進行建造。


According to Riverside County ADU Regulation
"Detached ADUs may be up to 1,200 square feet ( > 7,200 sf lot ) of livable space. Attached ADUs may be up to either 1,200 square feet or 50% of the size of the primary dwelling, whichever is less. For example, a 2,000-square-foot house may have an attached ADU of up to 1,000 square feet, or a detached ADU of up to 1,200 square feet."

In other words, any detached additional dwelling of more than 1200 SF is consider a 2nd unit which needs to be stick builded according to LCPOA CC&R regulations.
