Former LCPOA President Rick DeAndero physically attacked, assaulted, and gravely injured Former LCPOA

Director/resident Bill Brady at a LCPOA Member Meeting held on May 29, 2026 @5PM

 

This important  is on today’s meeting agenda for discussion and voting as Rick DeAnderos action has created a liability for LCPOA Members.  the removal of Rick DeAndero from any/all committees is necessary; specifically from, 

1. Litigation Committee 

2. Road Committee 

 

This important safety concern has been placed on June 4,2026 Open Session Meeting Agenda and will be discussed & voted at the LCPOA Open Session Board Meeting.

Members attendance for La Cresta safety, reputation and our property value is needed to protect our community. please attend this meeting or watch via Zoom, if unable to attend in person. The physical assault demonstrates that Rick DeAndero poses a menace and serious threat to the peace, safety and well-being of our community. Members should not live in fear of their personal safety within our community.

LCPOA Members Request Board consider serious videotaped evidence of physical attack by an egregious assault and member must share Emergency Protection considerations for benefit of Members’ Attendance at LCPOA Events and Meetings by the LCPOA Open Session Board discussion & vote for removal.  After viewing video it would helpful

to email LCPOA Board to support the removal of Rick DeAndero from any/all committees.
